In June we traveled to Wisconsin to watch my baby sister graduate from high school. We are so proud of her accomplishments! We pray for God's guidance and blessings for her future.

A New Job You Say!?
My last job lasted a year and a half...when it was nearing the end things got tough and I was really ready to move on. God blessed me tremendously with a job at Maid Naturally, where I started at the beginning of March. (http://maidnaturally.com/)
When I tell people that I traded my bank job to be a maid they often look at me funny. But the truth is that I LOVE my job! The satisfaction that I get from cleaning may seem strange, but strange I am!
I clean homes and work in the office ~ it keeps me really busy!

Christmas in Spokane
my my how time sure goes by!
I know that I am a bit backed up here so please hang in there with me...my attempt to catch up is also my attempt to simplify our lives...keeping up with that which is important :)
Christmas was spent here in Spokane. My mom, dad & sister braved the snowy weather and drove over from Wisconsin! We had a grand time! Jonathan & I were house sitting for some friends so we were all able to stay under one roof in a quite large house. Of course we filled up all of our time, that went by rather quickly I must add, with shopping and a girl/guy day. (I colored my hair for the very first time!) We had a lovely fondue dinner and braved our first turkey!

Christmas Time is Here!
~~~~Brrrrr~~~~
It sure has been cold around here!
Well Jonathan has been on break from school since Thanksgiving and I have been working still at the bank. It snowed quite a bit here and it has been extremely chilly.
The day after Thanksgiving, while I went to work, Jonathan headed to the store to get this beautiful Christmas tree...for $39! We were really excited to put it up...so that we did...the day after Thanksgiving. It fit so perfectly in our small humble abode.
- I am a woman of God on a journey. A wife to a wonderful husband. I love baking and cooking and just being crafty. My husband is going through flight school and I am working full time. My hearts desire is to stay at home and make money, have children and just be able to be free from my dreaded job. My mind is so full and cluttered when I go to bed at night that I needed a way to get it all out...
